JURO ("JURO", "we", "us") operates a technology platform that offers general legal information, AI-assisted Q&A, and tools to connect users with independent advocates listed in our directory. We are not a law firm and do not provide legal advice.

All content, including AI outputs, is for general information only. It is not a substitute for advice from a qualified advocate licensed in your jurisdiction. No advocate-client relationship is formed by using the website, chat, or directory.

Verify any information with a licensed professional before relying on it for court deadlines, filings, transactions, or enforcement.

You must be at least eighteen (18) years old and able to enter a binding contract. Provide accurate registration details and keep your credentials secure.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, abuse the service, or create safety or fraud risk.

You will not use the platform for unlawful activity, harassment, impersonation, malware, security bypass, or large-scale scraping without permission.

Advocates in the directory are independent. Fees and scope of work are between you and the advocate unless we offer a separate paid service with its own terms.

AI answers may be incomplete, outdated, or wrong. Laws and practice change often. You are responsible for how you use Ask AI outputs.

We do not warrant that any response is error-free or fit for a particular purpose.

Our Privacy Policy explains how personal data is processed. Chat logs, support tickets, and account metadata may be used to operate and secure the service.

The platform is provided "as is" and "as available". To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim implied warranties and are not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the platform or any advocate engagement.

We may update these Terms. Continued use after changes means you accept the revised Terms. Use the Contact page or open a support ticket (seekers and advocates with platform access).
