Account: name, email, phone if provided, role (seeker, advocate, admin), and profile fields you submit.

Usage: device/browser, approximate location if you enable it, pages viewed, and reliability diagnostics.

Content: Ask AI prompts, advocate messages where enabled, callback forms, onboarding document labels, and support tickets.

Payments (when live): a regulated gateway processes card/UPI; we typically store confirmation or tokens, not full card numbers.

To run and improve the product, authenticate users, deliver notifications, route leads, detect abuse, and meet legal obligations.

We may send service and security messages; you can opt out of non-essential email where the law allows.

We do not sell personal data. We use processors for hosting, email, analytics, and similar functions under contract, and disclose information when required by law or to protect rights and safety.

If you request a callback or contact an advocate through the product, necessary contact details may be shared to fulfil that request.

We keep data only as long as needed for the purposes above, legal compliance, disputes, and agreement enforcement. Retention for chats and tickets may vary; contact us about deletion subject to legal holds.

We apply encryption in transit, access controls, and monitoring. No online service is perfectly secure; use strong passwords and protect your devices.

Depending on applicable law (including evolving rules in India), you may request access, correction, or deletion of certain data. Contact us via the Contact page or support; we may verify your identity first.

JURO is not directed at children under 18. If you believe we collected a child's data, tell us and we will delete it where required.

We will update this Policy and change the "Last updated" date. Important changes may be shown in-product or by email.
